Once you have logged into your account using the account number at password sent to your email you will arrive on the ‘Traders Menu’ page (If you are on the site and already logged in you can click the ‘Deposit Funds’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen).

Here you will find a list of your trading accounts, next to which you will find a ‘Deposit’ button. Click this button and you will be given several deposit options.

Once you have made your deposit we will credit your account within 1 business day of clearing from your funding source and you will receive an email confirmation once this is complete. Although we do not charge any fees for deposits, you may incur fees from your bank. We will only accept a deposit of funds from the owner/authorised representative of the trading account.

On the left hand side you will see a number of options including ‘Withdraw’. Click this button and you will be taken through the steps.

Once you have completed these steps we will send the funds back to you within 1 business day (This does not include any delays caused by banks and/or other methods of withdrawal) and you will receive an email confirmation once this is complete. Although we do not charge for withdrawals, you may incur fees from your bank. We will only accept a withdrawal request if the funds are to be returned to the original method of deposit.

There are several ways to open an account with FXGM. First of all you may open a demo account in order to develop your strategies or simply to learn the platform. Once you decide to open a real account you must decide which account type best suits your needs as a trader.

Once you have chosen your preferred account type you may select ‘Open Live Account’ from either the home page. At this point just follow the instructions and provide all of the necessary information, including the required documentation. When this has been completed you will receive a confirmation email containing your account number and password which you will later use to log in to the website and to our trading platforms.

If you do forget your password simply select ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page.

If you are not logged in please select ‘login’ in the top right corner, when you login you will be directed to the ‘My Account’ page automatically. If you are already logged in you can select ‘My Account’, also in the top right corner.

Once you are on this page you have many options: Open additional real/demo accounts, make deposits and withdrawals, request higher leverage, update your personal/contact information and start trading on any of your accounts.

No, we work with a number of FCA Regulated Brokers and Partners to insure we follow FCA guidelines. We will continue to only work with creditable partners to insure our clients safety and reinsurance.
For the complete protection of customer capital all client funds are held with only the major global banks, completely separate from all FXGM funds and assets.

On top of this, all retail customers have access to the Investor Compensation Fund, guaranteeing deposits up to a maximum of €20,000 in the event of a default.

Before you decide to accept the Challenge, are you up for the challenge?
Choose either the Challenge, One off fee plan or Monthly subscription and select which account size you’d like to trade. Once payment has been processed, you will receive your login details within 2 business days.
We accept traders from all around the world. If you’re consistent and profitable, that is all we care about. There is no other qualification required
Trading is difficult. As a trader, you will face many common problems such as:
• Trading an account that is too small (undercapitalization)
• Fear of losing your own money
• Psychological pressures
• Lack of discipline
• Growth limitations
• Insufficient support from other people
It is difficult to make a living as a trader. With FXGM you can manage our capital of up to $2,000,000. If you generate profits on the account, our funding partner company will keep 50% as the profit split, and you will be rewarded with 50% of achieved profits. Our trading objectives are set to minimise your risk whilst giving you the most flexible trading terms.
Another benefit of trading for FXGM is that you won’t be responsible for any losses if any. In case things go wrong, all losses on the Account are covered by our funding partner. You don’t need to fear losing if you literally have nothing to lose. You’ll have an option to have our dedicated account managers to help you with the process. We are here to scout retail traders and take them into the institutional level with our resources and network.
We are also traders and we understand that to be a successful trader, it is not just about having enough capital to trade with. The performance of our traders directly reflects the performance of the company. Therefore, it is in our interest that our traders trade under the best conditions.
Then there is trading discipline. You cannot be all loosey-goosey with the account. We will carefully observe your trading results and you will be trading under easy rules. We believe that our rules are not very restrictive but at the same time, they would prevent a disaster if you decided to go on tilt. No more over-trading, revenge trading, over-leveraging etc. That is why you will learn to manage risk much better once you start trading with us.
Another issue traders face is the so-called ‘keep and grow or withdraw and go‘. At FXGM, you can do both. FXGM will pay out your 50% profit share on a monthly basis. Periodically, we will allocate more trading capital into your account for every 10% profit you make. Get paid and grow at the same time according to our growth plan.
Last but not least, the initial fee that you’ve paid will be refunded to you with the first profit withdrawal from the account.
In order to start, you will have to pass our 2-step evaluation process.
Step 1: The FXGM Challenge
A 30 calendar days demo account where you will have to trade according to our rules. If you manage to pass all requirements, you will proceed to the second and final step of the evaluation.
Step 2: The Verification
A 60 calendar days demo account where you verify your performance and consistency one last time. The rules in the Verification stage are significantly easier.

Alternatively our monthly subscription plan requires no evaluations. Simply pay your fee and submit your verification documents. You will receive your logins to your live account where you can withdraw every 5% you make.
The minimum requirement to pass the Challenge is to trade for at least 10 trading days (doesn’t need to be consecutive).
The minimum requirement to pass the Verification is also to trade for at least 20 trading days (doesn’t need to be consecutive).
You don’t need to wait for the entire duration of the evaluation process. All in all, you can become funded as soon as in 30 trading days.
After you have passed all the Trading Objectives in the Evaluation, our risk team will verify your performance.
After approximately 1-2 business days, we will then send you the new account login credentials for the Verification stage.
If you happen to violate any of the Trading Objectives, that particular account will be automatically invalidated and lose the eligibility to be funded by the firm. You can always try again from scratch and order a brand new Challenge if you wish to become our Trader. If you violate the Trading Objectives, your initial fee paid for the Challenge is forfeited so be sure to stay safe and respect the rules.

We know that sometimes the market conditions are not in trader’s favour so if you manage NOT to violate any of the Trading Objectives and your final account profit being positive at the end of the trading duration, with all positions being closed, we will give you a new Challenge free of charge.

You will trade with the same account balance that you traded in the Challenge. If you traded with $100,000 in the Evaluation, you would also manage $100,000 in the Account.

Please note that all Evaluation and Verification accounts we provide to our clients are demo accounts with virtual funds. After a client becomes a member, he/she is provided with login credentials to a demo account, with a difference that the Account is connected to our live trading account with real capital. That is where we generate real profits. Clients are entitled to 50% of profits generated on the Account.

Please note that in case of the Aggressive risk setup version, the maximum capital allocation is $150,000 as the loss limits are doubled.

On the other hand, if you are consistently profitable on the Account, we will be happy to allocate additional capital as per our scaling plan.

In the FXGM Challenge and Verification, you can hold trades during news releases.
In the Evaluation or Verification, you don’t need to. During these stages, you can keep your positions open overnight and over-the-weekend as well.

However, on the Monthly subscription plans, trade Executions must only be made within the trading hours from 6am-9pm GMT (Monday – Friday). All trades can be held overnight and over the weekend on all account sizes.

Trading instruments are limited to Major/minor FX pairs and gold. Indices and crypto are also tradable but are limited to US30, SPX50, FRA40, GER30, UK100, BTCUSD, DASHUSD, ETHUSD & LTCUSD. We allow copy traders and EA’s but they must not be grid or martingale. Stacking and hedging are not allowed.
After the client becomes a FXGM Trader, he/she will be provided with the demo account with virtual funds. The account is connected to our Proprietary Trading Firm’s live trading account with real capital. That is where we generate real profits. Clients are entitled to 50% of profits generated on the account. This solution is administratively much easier and gives us more freedom to actively manage risk.

Please beware of transactions that would not be possible in the real markets. Some trading practices can be used to generate risk-free, consistent profits only on demo accounts. In live accounts, however, such techniques do not work and therefore cannot be accounted to generate real profits.

The relationship between a trader and our partnered Proprietary Firm is based on the Contract Agreement that we will send you for signing after you complete the Challenge and Verification. Yes, if you are not satisfied with the current trading platform of your choice, you may request a platform change after you finish each stage of the evaluation process. Hence, you may request a platform change after the Challenge or the Verification or after each pay out cycle on the account.

Change of platform is not possible during the progress of your trading.

The account specification can be seen directly in the trading platform. To view the instrument specification in MetaTrader, open your Market Watch (Ctrl+M), right-click on the concerned instrument and choose ‘specification’.

Please familiarize yourself with the offer and conditions of each instrument you trade.

We are classified as a professional client under ESMA’s regulations, the leverage we offer is firmly set to 1:100 and cannot be increased. The leverage can be lowered upon request.

We allow a maximum of 2 $1,000,000 Accounts per trader at any given time. In other words, the maximum allocation per trader or strategy is $2,000,000.

Accounts are separate and cannot be merged.

We start processing your evaluation account as soon as we receive the payment. If we receive your payment during our business hours, we process your Evaluation within just a few hours. If we receive your payment after Thursday 3pm GMT, we process your account the following morning when our office opens or on Monday – in case you pay during the weekend.

You will receive your challenge login credentials by email, so please monitor your mailbox, including the spam/junk folders. You can also access your login credentials directly from your Client Area.

We accept all payments around the world through our bespoke payment solutions.
The fee mainly serves as a trader’s commitment to treat the account with the utmost care and responsibility. A trader has something in the game and the psychology is working. Also, the fee is just a marginal percentage compared to the size of the account that you will receive after succeeding in the evaluation process. In other words, the fee is a key towards the funded account and to gain financial independence. The good news is that you cannot lose more than this fee as any potential losses on the account are covered by us. On top of that, the fee is always refunded back to the trader with his/her first Profit Split from the account.

Another purpose of the fee is to filter out only the serious traders from those who just keep on trying. We are looking for traders who are experienced and profitable. Our capacities and resources are limited, and we simply can’t cater for all the traders out there. That’s why we take on board only those who are serious, committed and responsible. Our funding program is a highly valued service we offer, and therefore it is adequately priced.
